Job summary

Betway Africa is seeking a Premium Service Agent to support the Team Lead on shift, delivering priority service and admin tasks for high-end players. You will build long-term relationships, drive retention, and maximize value through exceptional service delivery and proactive outreach.

The role requires strong client relationship skills, CRM experience, and a willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24-hour operation. A degree and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field is essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated servicing to Premium Customers across channels.
• Manage CRM work items and feedback loops with stakeholders.
• Assist Team Leaders with escalations and ad-hoc tasks on shift.
• Engage premium clients to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Utilise CRM best practices and data to inform improvements.
