Job summary

Betfred South Africa is seeking a customer service agent to join our licensed iGaming team in Johannesburg. You will handle account queries, respond to platform enquiries, and support deposits and withdrawals while building strong customer relationships.

Key requirements include Matric, call centre experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Matric / National Senior Certificate
• Previous call centre experience is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Computer literate with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Willing to work night shifts and after hours
• Own reliable transport (no company transport provided)
• Must live within 20km of Head Office

• Assist customers with account queries and issues
• Respond to digital platform enquiries
• Upload and verify FICA documents
• Open new customer accounts
