• Previous retail experience
• Grade 12 education

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across all sections of the Chocolate Shop and over the phone
• Greeting customers and creating a memorable store experience
• Educating customers on Lindt products with passion and knowledge
• Upsell to increase transaction value and meet sales budgets
• Process orders through POS and manage till procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and daily paperwork
