Qualifications

• Customer service and sales skills required.
• Ability to handle credit card transactions.
• Experience in a similar retail environment preferred.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across all sections of the shop and over the phone.
• Greet customers and provide a memorable experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt products with knowledge and passion.
• Upsell to increase transaction value.
• Inform customers of promotions and events.
• Assist in product selection and ensure a premium Lindt experience.
• Handle POS transactions and end-of-shift till procedures.
• Restock, maintain cleanliness, and stock counts.
