Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector for a Centurion-based manufacturing client. You will conduct detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools to verify conformity.

The role requires reading technical drawings, applying SPC methods, contributing to audits, and implementing corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work + comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector in manufacturing.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Use measuring instruments to verify product specifications and document results.
• Identify non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and R&D to resolve quality issues.
• Support quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement of quality systems.
• Monitor quality data and communicate findings to production teams.
