Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality control/assurance in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and metrology techniques.
• Experience with SPC and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QC plans for mechanical components.
• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Use precision instruments (CMMs, calipers, micrometers) for quality checks.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and investigate defects.
• Lead CAPAs and collaborate with production/engineering to fix issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and prepare management reports.
• Support internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement.
