Job summary

Motus GWM in Randburg is seeking a results-driven sales consultant to drive pre-owned vehicle sales. You will process transactions accurately, follow up on leads, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with FICA, POPI and consumer protection standards.

You will collaborate with teams to support marketing campaigns, negotiate pricing, and deliver high-level customer service to achieve set targets.

Qualifications

Matric certificate required.
3-5 years working experience in a similar environment.
A valid South African driver's license.

Responsibilities

Deliver sales and process pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and on time.
Identify and apply solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues.
Meet performance targets according to procedures and SLAs.
Report on transactional activities to support decisions in area of accountability.
Ensure governance and compliance in all activities.
Provide advice and support to customers to achieve service excellence.
Contribute to marketing campaigns to boost new vehicle sales.
Negotiate price, finalize sales and follow up with customers for exceptional service.
Adhere to FICA, POPI and Customer Protection Act requirements.
Process leads and follow up on potential sales.
Develop customer relationships to achieve vehicle sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
