Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and process pre-owned vehicle transactions in line with SOPs.
• Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow up with customers for exceptional service.
• Provide advice and support to customers to meet requirements and maintain service excellence.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns aimed at increasing new vehicle sales.
• Report on transactional activities to enable timely decision making.
• Adhere to legal compliance including FICA, POPI and Customer Protection Act.
• Handle leads and follow up on possible sales and customer relationships.
