Job summary

Motus GWM Pretoria is seeking sales professionals to deliver pre-owned vehicle sales by following standard procedures. You will process transactions accurately, negotiate with customers, and follow up to ensure top-tier service.

The role requires 3-5 years' experience, matric, and a valid SA driver's license. You will work on-site, contribute to campaigns, maintain customer relationships, and ensure compliance with FICA, POPI, and the Customer Protection Act while targeting sales performance.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Valid South African driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and process pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and on time.
• Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow up with customers for exceptional service.
• Process leads and pursue new customer relationships to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with FICA, POPI and Customer Protection Act.
• Provide advice and support to customers to satisfy requirements.
• Report on transactional activities to support decision making.
• Maintain customer service excellence and manage complaints effectively.
• Support marketing campaigns to increase vehicle sales.
