Job summary

Motus GWM in Durban seeks driven sales professionals to process pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and efficiently, following standard procedures and SLAs. You will deliver on targets while maintaining high customer service levels and strict governance.

The role requires 3-5 years in a similar environment, Matric and a valid SA driver's license, plus ability to negotiate and close deals while nurturing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• 3-5 years working experience in a similar environment.
• A valid South African driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and apply solutions to operational problems.
• Deliver on performance targets according to procedures and SLAs.
• Report on transactional activities for timely decision making.
• Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
• Provide advice and support to customers to meet service standards.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns to increase new vehicle sales.
• Negotiate price, finalise sales, and follow up with customers.
• Process leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop customer relationships to meet sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and accurately.
