Responsibilities include conducting sales meetings, controlling costs, training staff, and driving marketing efforts to grow the brand and customer base.

Qualifications

• Management and marketing skills with the ability to lead a department.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices.
• Ability to motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales meetings, share information, and review performance and targets.
• Control costs in line with budget and manage debtors and reporting.
• Oversee staff development, training, and performance management.
• Create marketing awareness, leverage feedback and CSI results to meet targets.
• Maintain risk management and ensure compliance across the department.
