Qualifications

• Matric Certificate required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in a similar environment.
• Valid South African drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on agreed sales targets and process pre-owned vehicle transactions.
• Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and elevate unresolved issues.
• Provide customer service excellence and follow-up with customers.
• Negotiate price and finalize sales with customers.
• Maintain compliance with FICA, POPI and Consumer Protection Act.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns aimed at increasing new vehicle sales.
• Report on transactional activities to aid decision making.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
