• Deliver sales to process pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and timely.
• Identify and apply solutions to operational problems.
• Negotiate price and finalise sales with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with FICA, POPI Act and Customer Protection Act.
• Manage leads and develop customer relationships to meet targets.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and accurately.
