Digital Content and Marketing Practitioner
Key Purpose
To support the development, coordination and execution of B Value & Wellbeing content, branding, campaigns, promotions and member communications across channels.
The role will craft compelling, relevant, and member-focused content that supports the programme’s objectives and encourages members to engage with the platform, and ultimately positively influences their behaviour.
The role will generate content across the App, PWA, newsletters, campaigns, advertising, promotional material, flyers, brochures, banners and branded promotional items, while also being responsible for coordinating with internal/external stakeholders/ designers for production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Content Generation
- Generate engaging and relevant content for B Value initiatives.
- Develop content aligned to the program’s objectives.
- Write and edit member-facing communication.
- Develop headlines, messaging, calls-to-action and promotional copy.
- Adapt content for different audiences and communication channels.
- Ensure content is clear, concise, engaging and easy for members to understand.
- Maintain a consistent B Value and Wellbeing tone of voice.
- Develop and coordinate content for the Value & Wellness App and PWA.
- Create content supporting digital wellness journeys and member engagement.
- Develop content for behavioral nudges and wellness guidance.
- Create promotional messages supporting wellness activities, challenges and rewards.
- Source and prepare updates to digital content and ensure information remains current and relevant.
- Submit content for approval before publication.
- Ensure content supports the intended member journey and user experience.
Branding
- Support the implementation and management of the brand.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, messaging and tone of voice.
- Develop branded campaign concepts and communication material.
- Ensure all communication and marketing material adheres to approved brand guidelines and obtain approval from the relevant internal stakeholders before production.
Campaign
- Support the planning and execution of B Value and Wellbeing campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered according to agreed timelines.
Newsletters and Member Communications
- Plan, write, obtain approval, build and disburse BValue digital newsletters.
- Source and develop relevant health and wellness content.
- Track and report on newsletter performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
Creative briefs
- Prepare creative briefs for outsourced designers.
- Coordinate design deliverables and amendments.
- Coordinate final artwork approval and delivery.
Coordinate the development and production of:
- Flyers
- Posters
- Information sheets
- Digital banners
- Email banners
- Promotional material
- Event material
- Member communication material
Ensure all collateral is accurate, appropriately branded and delivered within agreed deadlines.
Promotions & Rewards
- Support the development and execution of Value & Wellness promotions.
- Develop promotional messaging and campaign content.
- Coordinate promotional material and supporting creative assets.
- Support communication relating to member rewards and incentives.
- Develop content that clearly communicates eligibility, participation requirements and benefits.
- Assist in campaigns designed to reinforce positive health and wellness behaviors.
Promotional Items & Materials
- Coordinate the development and sourcing of branded promotional items.
- Manage creative requirements for promotional merchandise and campaign material.
- Assist with supplier coordination and artwork approvals.
- Ensure promotional items are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Maintain an inventory or record of promotional material where required.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Qualification:
- Relevant diploma or degree in one or more of the following:
- Digital Marketing
- Communications
- Public Relations
- Journalism
Experience:
- 1–3 years’ experience in content, marketing, communications, digital marketing or a related environment.
- Experience in developing marketing or member-facing content.
- Experience coordinating creative or design work would be advantageous.
- Exposure to digital campaigns, newsletters or social/digital media.
- Exposure to brand management and marketing collateral.
- Experience in a health, wellness, financial services, insurance or medical-aid environment would be advantageous.
