Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote AI-first digital agency specializing in paid media for senior living clients. As PPC Manager, Senior Living, you own the paid media strategy for a portfolio of accounts, including targeting, budgeting, and narrative during client inquiries.

You will be the strategic voice at the table, making calls on campaigns, building 90-day roadmaps, and driving growth through retention and upsell while collaborating with clients across Canada, the USA, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, managing campaigns across multiple clients.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record you can demonstrate.
• Agency experience handling several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English on live calls with US clients.
• Experience with senior living or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present results.
• Drive account growth via retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
