You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing for ROAS and growth, with testing and attribution oversight using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Fluent spoken English with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause/kill campaigns.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers in calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
