Blacksmith Agency is seeking a hands-on PPC Manager for Senior Living accounts. You will own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, craft 90-day roadmaps, and articulate the story behind performance on client calls.

You will work remotely with US, Canada or SA clients, bring 3+ years of running multi-client campaigns, and demonstrate a track record of ROAS uplift and pipeline growth. English communication on calls required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta across multiple accounts.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline.
• Experience managing several clients within an agency.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
