In this remote role you’ll manage budgets, bids, targeting and creative testing, and lead the 90‑day roadmap with clear storytelling on results to clients in North America, Canada or beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign experience.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with past clients.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English on live calls with US clients.
• Experience in roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategy, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to halt campaigns.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present story behind metrics.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
