Blacksmith Agency LLC is a fully remote AI-first digital agency seeking a dedicated PPC Manager for multifamily client accounts. You will own paid media strategy, budgeting, and performance storytelling across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

You’ll act as the strategic voice on calls with clients and steer the 90-day roadmaps and optimization narrative. You should bring 3+ years hands-on experience in paid search, a proven ROAS/CPA improvements track record, and agency experience

Responsibilities

• Own paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present performance storytelling.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
