Job summary

Edgexec (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead a growing short-term rental portfolio. You will oversee daily operations across multiple properties, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure service standards are met.

You will build and mentor a team of Property Hosts, collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and finance, and provide regular performance reports to owners. A strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of property management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with good reporting skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties end to end.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits.
• Coordinate onboarding and setup of new properties.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Property Hosts.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall portfolio performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational and performance reports.
• Analyse portfolio data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Customer Experience, and Finance teams.
