Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight of Property Managers and Facilities Managers.
• Final re-billing reviews.
• Initial renewal reviews.
• Incident reporting.
• MANCO & Action Item reporting and updating.
• Tenant meetings, if required to support Property Managers.
• Fleet vehicle reporting and management.
• Office Administrator oversight.
