Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and project management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience navigating regulatory approvals and environmental assessments.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of port expansion projects from planning to commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, consultants and regulators.
• Conduct site visits and progress meetings to monitor construction.
• Implement risk management to mitigate schedule, cost or safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and cost-control measures.
• Communicate status and milestones to senior management.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment and services.
• Contribute to strategic planning for future port development initiatives.
