Qualifications

• Matric is required for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required or preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or fitness environment is advantageous.
• Possession of relevant certifications/training as required by local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Provide information about recreation facilities and activities.
• Observe activity for safety and respond per procedures; assist injured guests.
• Wash, mop, and clean pool deck; maintain equipment and towels according to procedures.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and thank guests to ensure satisfaction.
