This role is crucial in enhancing the guest experience by organizing and leading a variety of recreational pursuits, from sports and games to cultural events and excursions. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a diverse schedule of daily recreational activities for resort guests of all ages.
• Coordinate and lead various activities including sports, fitness classes, games, arts and crafts, and cultural experiences.
• Manage and maintain recreation equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe and presentable.
• Liaise with other resort departments to ensure seamless integration of recreational activities with overall guest services.
• Gather guest feedback to continuously improve and diversify the recreation program.
• Promote activities to guests through various communication channels, including information boards and personal interaction.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry.
