• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise lifeguards, swim instructors, and front desk staff.

Our client is looking for a highly organized and motivated Aquatics Centre Manager to take charge of their state-of-the-art aquatic facilities in Cape Town . This role requires a leader passionate about water safety, recreational programming, and facility management. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons, managing staff, overseeing aquatic programs, and maintaining the facility to the highest standards. This is a key position ensuring the success and reputation of our client's premier leisure offerings.

Requirements

• Current lifeguard certification and First Aid/CPR certification are mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget management and staff supervision.
