Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative support role.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Polokwane region and its community needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social impact projects.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and tracking deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
