Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead development initiatives in Polokwane. You will plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with beneficiaries, partners, and staff to deliver impactful community development outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, plus a solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Remote work is not indicated; local on-site engagement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the non-profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management software/tools.
• Experience delivering community development projects in Polokwane and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead project teams and ensure efficient workflow.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications among beneficiaries, partners, and staff.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
