At Boschendal, regeneration begins with the land and is carried forward by our people. We are a farm with purpose, caring for our soil, nurturing our teams, strengthening our community, and creating meaningful guest experiences through genuine hospitality – all rooted in the future we are shaping together.

  • Monitor infrastructure performance and identify leaks, defects, abnormal operating conditions, water losses, or potential failures.
  • Report defects and maintenance requirements promptly through prescribed maintenance management systems.
  • Assist with water conservation initiatives through proactive monitoring and identification of inefficiencies.
  • Maintain inspection records and support infrastructure condition assessments.

  • Perform maintenance, servicing, inspection, repair, and replacement of pumps, valves, pressure control systems, and associated mechanical equipment.
  • Conduct operational testing and performance verification of critical water infrastructure assets.
  • Assist with commissioning and recommissioning of plumbing and water infrastructure systems.
  • Escalate major equipment failures and support specialist contractors where required.
