This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to take responsibility for plumbing systems, maintenance, and infrastructure across a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain plumbing systems across the wine farm and hospitality facilities
• Conduct fault-finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance on water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems
• Install; service, and maintain geysers, pumps, and water filtration systems
• Support hybrid water systems, including boreholes, reservoirs, and greywater recycling where applicable
• Ensure compliance with plumbing safety standards and regulations
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for specialised repairs and projects
• Assist with general lodge and property maintenance when required
• Maintain accurate records of plumbing work, inspections, and compliance checks
• Provide technical support to other departments, ensuring minimal downtime of systems

Minimum Requirements

• Recognised plumbing qualification (trade test or equivalent strongly preferred)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in plumbing maintenance, ideally within hospitality or commercial environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience with water filtration, pumps, and greywater systems advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Valid driver's licence essential
