Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required: Past ESL teaching experience
• Preferred but not required: Experience with remote workers and/or independent contractors
• Preferred but not required: Experience with contract matters and/or Customer Service responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic team members to create reference materials about students, expectations, teaching tools and classroom functions
• Develop platform introduction materials to onboard contractors to scheduling and online tools
• Provide day-to-day support for teacher enquiries and escalate issues as needed
• Assist contractors in using the scheduling system, invoicing platform, virtual classroom and related tools
• Contribute to teacher communications and resources in partnership with academic and central teams
• Create and update newsletters, service updates, and client feedback communications
• Monitor service-related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct proactive outreach to teachers by email and phone as required
• Prepare and host webinars or engagement sessions related to platform tools and updates
• Draft verification letters and routine correspondence
• Ensure teacher profiles comply with platform requirements and maintain data accuracy in systems like Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe Sign, Jira, and MS Office
• Support invoice review, reporting, and other administrative tasks
• Assist with cross-functional projects and activities
