Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee sanitation operations at a busy manufacturing plant in Vereeniging, Gauteng. The role requires leading a cleaning team, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining equipment to ensure clean, safe and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience, and a strong grasp of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and safety regulations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in industrial cleaning with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, solvents and equipment.
• Solid understanding of health and safety standards (OSHA, COSHH).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily cleaning crew activities.
• Develop and monitor plant cleaning schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Inspect work areas and address hazards.
• Train staff on techniques, equipment, and safety.
