Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial cleaning, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety legislation (e.g., OHS Act) relevant to industrial environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Experience with managing budgets and inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to develop and implement effective cleaning strategies and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of industrial cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive cleaning schedules and procedures for industrial sites.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the use and storage of industrial-grade cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
