Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in an industrial engineer role within a plant operations environment.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Experience with process mapping, simulation, and data analysis software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to issue resolution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze plant operations and production workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Design, develop, and implement improved manufacturing processes and layouts.
- Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate with production staff, supervisors, and management to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption.
- Lead projects related to cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity enhancement.
