You will analyze layouts, implement improvements, and test proposals using AutoCAD and simulation tools, collaborating with operations, safety, and maintenance teams to standardize processes and SOPs; contributing to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering with focus on facility design/layout.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and process simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of material handling principles, Lean Manufacturing, and ergonomics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and spatial reasoning skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current facility layouts and material flow paths to identify inefficiencies and safety hazards.
• Design and optimize facility layouts, workstations, and storage areas to improve workflow and reduce congestion.
