The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with at least 3 years in industry, strong problem solving, and excellent communication to collaborate across teams in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, automation systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with maintenance planning and execution.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues within the manufacturing plant, identifying root causes of problems.
• Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
