Qualifications

• Experience as a Plant Operations Technician, Process Operator, or in a similar industrial role.
• Solid understanding of industrial processes, machinery operation, and basic mechanical/electrical principles.
• Ability to read and interpret operational manuals and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work shifts and the physical ability to perform tasks in an industrial setting in Polokwane.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and control systems to ensure optimal production output.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on plant equipment.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and alarms, taking corrective actions to resolve problems.
• Maintain accurate logs of operational data, production quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures throughout the shift.
