Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and maintenance manuals.
• Safety-conscious with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial machinery, including lubrication, inspection, and parts replacement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures and perform timely repairs.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and drawings to guide maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and restore functionality to minimize production delays.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and share findings with the team.
• Collaborate with production to identify issues and suggest reliability improvements.
