HR Genie is seeking a highly motivated Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a medical waste treatment plant in South Africa. You will lead a team, ensure quality and efficiency, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in waste treatment, supervisory experience, matric and a relevant qualification, plus electrical and mechanical know-how. You will implement plant procedures and maintain records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the plant, managing a team of production staff, and maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.

Job Duties

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a waste treatment plant

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Waste Management
