Job summary

Compass in Durban seeks a highly motivated Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our medical waste treatment facility. You will lead production staff, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires at least 5 years in a waste treatment plant, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and experience with electrical and mechanical systems. Occasional weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Matric and a relevant qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a waste treatment plant.
• Proven supervisory experience in a waste treatment plant.
