Job summary

Compass Medical is seeking a highly motivated Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical waste treatment plant. You will manage a team of production staff, ensure safety, quality and efficiency while maintaining records.

The role requires 5+ years in waste treatment, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and electrical and mechanical experience. Weekend/evening shifts may be required. Matric and a relevant qualification are preferred.

Must have a matric and a relevant qualification is an added advantage

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a waste treatment plant

Preferred Qualifications:
