Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance.
- Experience with plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and PPM programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive mechanical maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures.
- Oversee inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of plant machinery.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs (lubrication, vibration analysis).
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental policies, and company standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
