Job summary

DigiCert is seeking an Associate DC1 Support Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training for DigiCert's PKI products and services. You will drive onboarding, upskilling, and professional development across the DC1 audience under Support Services.

You will lead needs assessments, create engaging learning experiences, and manage project deliverables, schedules, and resources to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with enterprise PKI deployments, certificate enrollment automation, and issuance methods.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related work experience, or CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ and CTT+ certifications.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server platforms.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Experience with service-based architectures and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• DC1 proficiency (2+ years).
• Proficiency with API systems.
• Familiarity with Windows Servers and Apache (OpenSSL) is preferred; knowledge of Linux and other server administration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse training needs through a needs assessment process with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, develop, and maintain learning content for DigiCert products.
• Facilitate online and live instructor-led training sessions.
• Act as project leader managing deliverables, schedules, and implementation.
• Create complex virtual lab environments to support training offerings.
• Keep current with new learning methods and technologies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define training project scope, schedule resources, and maintain materials and records.
• Collaborate with PKI Support managers to identify training needs.
• Develop blended learning solutions (written, oral, interactive, recorded).
