DigiCert is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage some of our largest Enterprise PKI, IoT and TLS clients. You will be the primary contact, ensuring client objectives are met, plans are executed, and cross-functional teams are aligned for success.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, renewal management, and opportunities to grow client value through security-focused solutions. Strong relationship skills and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success/relationship/account management.
• Experience in digital security, SaaS, or software preferred.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Enterprise PKI, IoT and TLS client relationships.
• Provide proactive communication and strategic planning with internal teams.
• Present business reviews to executives and technical contacts.
• Monitor renewals and prevent service disruption.
• Deliver timely reporting to internal and client stakeholders.
