Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking a driven pharmacy sales professional to manage a territory in South Africa.

The role focuses on educating pharmacy staff, building trusted relationships with independent and corporate pharmacies, and driving product recommendations to improve patient outcomes. You will plan and execute sales strategies, analyse opportunities, and deliver against ambitious business objectives while adhering to regulatory and Haleon policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years pharmacy sales experience required.
• Excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Professional selling skills and objection handling.
• Strong product knowledge and anatomy & physiology understanding.
• Territory & customer management skills and negotiation能力.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives.
• Grow brands ahead of competition and train staff in-store.
• Detail HCPs and educate pharmacy staff on Haleon products.
• Coordinate with third-party merchandisers across channels.
• Deliver against sales targets and develop customer joint business plans.
