Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC and ability to act as Responsible Pharmacist.
• Minimum 2 years’ post community service experience.
• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• Knowledge of SAPC regulations and stock, cost, risk and compliance management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Oversee dispensary operations, stock management and administration in line with SAPC regulations.
• Drive customer service excellence and club card participation targets.
• Integrate store, pharmacy and clinic teams to provide comprehensive healthcare offerings.
• Schedule staff and manage labour costs to ensure optimal staffing.
