Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for its Clicks Pharmacy in Sandton. You will lead the dispensary and clinic, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care and service excellence while meeting sales and compliance targets.

The role requires a registered pharmacist with SAPC and at least 2 years post-community service experience, plus 1 year of people management. You will report to the Area Manager and drive cohesive operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience post community service year.
• Minimum 1 year People Management experience.
• Registration with SAPC as the Responsible Pharmacist is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic.
• Lead the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Manage stock, cost and compliance in line with SAPC regulations.
• Drive service excellence and patient care across the store, clinic and pharmacy.
• Schedule staff and manage timekeeping and HR records.
• Foster integration between store operation, pharmacy and clinic teams.
