Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Bethlehem is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to lead and uphold SAPC-compliant pharmaceutical care within the dispensary. You will ensure accurate dispensing, stock integrity, and staff development in line with Clicks’ standards.

You will partner with clinic teams to deliver integrated healthcare and drive customer service excellence while meeting sales and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care and accurate dispensing within SAPC guidelines.
Oversee stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping and administration in line with standards.
Ensure dispensary viability by focusing on core targets and service quality.
Lead training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns per SAPC requirements.
Drive customer service initiatives to enhance the customer experience and loyalty.
Build relationships with centre managers, suppliers and distribution centres to meet objectives.
Collaborate with clinic teams to offer integrated healthcare and a full pharmacy offering.
