About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Pharmaceutical Clinical Research Coordinator to manage clinical trial activities from a remote location. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical studies, coordinating between investigators, study staff, and the pharmaceutical sponsor. Your responsibilities will include participant recruitment, data management, regulatory compliance, and ensuring adherence to study protocols. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical research principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without direct on-site supervision. This is a key position for advancing new pharmaceutical treatments through rigorous clinical evaluation, all conducted within a flexible remote framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trial operations, including participant screening, enrollment, and follow-up according to study protocols.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Manage study documentation, maintaining accurate and complete source documents, case report forms (CRFs), and investigational product accountability.
• Communicate effectively with investigators, site staff, ethics committees, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor data quality and assist with data entry, query resolution, and database lock procedures.
• Facilitate remote site monitoring visits and support the timely submission of study-related documents and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related science, nursing, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
• Solid understanding of clinical trial phases, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory submission processes.
• Proficiency in electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project needs in a remote work environment.
