Placements24 in Welkom is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee operations at our facility. You will lead a team of production operators, ensuring GMP-compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering, with 4+ years in pharma manufacturing and 2+ years in a supervisory role. Flexible hours including weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with at least 2 years in supervision or team lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of GMP principles and pharmaceutical production processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators with guidance, training, and performance management.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely batches and optimal resource use.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and Engineering to resolve deviations and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch manufacturing records, and logs.
