Placements24 is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell our client's innovative therapies in the Paarl region, Western Cape. You will develop territory plans, engage physicians, specialists, and pharmacists, and drive sales while building lasting professional relationships.

The ideal candidate has a Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related degree and 2–3 years in pharmaceutical sales, with strong communication and CRM skills to navigate a competitive market and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field required.
• 2–3 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and therapies.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical products to physicians, specialists, and pharmacists within a designated territory.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Educate HCPs on the clinical benefits, features, and appropriate use of pharmaceutical products.
• Provide accurate product information and respond to inquiries from medical professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the territory.
• Attend scientific meetings, conferences, and company events to enhance product knowledge and networking.
• Manage territory expenses and reporting effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for new business and market penetration.
